22nd September 21 – The second £60m phase of the UK Governments £315m Industrial Energy Transformation Fund opens for applications from 27th September 21. New to phase 2 is the support of Deep Decarbonisation projects in addition to Energy Efficiency, feasibility and engineering studies, with grants from 30% to 70%, dependent on company size and plant location.

Between September 27th and 6th December 21 the competition is open for feasibility studies grants above £30,000 and minimum project awards of £100,000. The scope of projects is eligible for industrial processes switching fuels to industrial heat pumps and with waste heat to recover.
